Returns Policy
Host a Memory wants to inspire you to hold memorable and classy events. Our products will help you to do just that. However, in the unlikely scenario that you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will be happy for you to return or exchange them.
Please let us know by email if you are not satisfied with any of our products. This should be done within 24 hours of you receiving our goods.
Once you have informed us (within 24 hours of receiving the goods), you will have 7 days to return the goods to us in their original condition, packing and at your own cost. Please ensure that when you send us the goods, it is done through a reputable courier and is insured.
You will be refunded within 21 days through the same mode of payment as you had chosen to pay. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Relax, we will be using your information only for shipping and sending you any information on new products which may be available from time to time. Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone else.
Product & Pricing
The pictures shown on our website are products which we have in stock. However, sometimes the pictures don’t do justice to the colours and sizes of each product so you may feel some difference.
Everything on the website will be in stock but incase of an Oooops moment where you have made an order and we have run out of stock, we will inform you by email or phone giving you options to cancel or choose something else.
All prices are in our very own favourite currency – the Pak Rs.
